Was disgusted by uncontrollable coughing fits when I found out American spirits went to FSC. Spent the next few months smoking slow-moving brands as long as they weren't FSC. Converted to "make your own", but found with the new job, I don't have the time to make cigarettes for the day (in sales now and in the car a lot). Overpaid for a starter kit from one of the smoke shops and only been smoking analog in the morning and at nights, but it was worth it. I am ready to get rid of the injector, tobacco and tubes and will be vaping exclusively now.
Already feeling better from cutting the smoking in half and only needing 3-4 drags off the e-cig when the desire hits me...
This is the best thing for smokers who've struggled to quit (me being one of them - tried the patch, hypnosis, gum, cold turkey {longest stint was 3 months})
I might even get back into shape this year...

“The Harvard School of Health reported that when comparing NY Cigarettes (FSC) versus Regular Cigarettes, the FSC cigarettes produced 13.9% more Naphthalene and 11.4% more carbon monoxide than regular cigarettes. Naphthalene is commonly found in moth balls, and exposure in high amounts can result in headache, nausea, vomiting, ........, malaise, confusion, anemia, jaundice, convulsions, and coma. Therefore, it has been proven that FSC cigarettes contain higher levels of chemicals that are harmful to smokers.”

Congratulations on your switch from analogs! I've converted my family and most of my friends, but this is the first time I've been on these forums. (I mostly lurked for information. :p) I think the best thing about e-smoking is the variety of juices and flavors that are so much better than the taste of tar. What mg of nicotine are you currently smoking? Sometimes it is easier to make the full swap with a higher mg and wean yourself down over time.
