I've just switched over from cigs to e-cigs about a week and a half ago. I've been vaping in my office, no problem. But, I still have this near overwhelming need to step outside once in a while as if I were smoking a regular cigarette.
Anybody else hang on to analog habits while using an e-cig?

I did that for a long time...habit I guess. One of the cooler ecig effects imo, is that after vaping whenever and wherever you want, you lose lots of your old tobacco triggers. For me, when my .... touched a car seat, it was time to smoke. Not anymore lol

Other than getting in a car, and after a meal some of mine were weird I think. Stoplights\stop signs....was time to light up. Getting in the right lane after being in left lane on the highway....time to light up. Get done with something at work...time to light up. Someone else lighting up...time to light up lol

When the wife's home I still occasionally step outside to vape. I've been doing it my entire adult life when smoking, so why stop? Plus, I enjoy sitting on my front porch. It's about the only place I interact with my neighbors.

And I still step outside at the bar, since all of my friends here still smoke.

It IS nice to get outside from time to time to take a relaxing 'break' vape while at work. Just feel obilgated to 'cut it short' if in sight of other employees and they seem like they need me for something. If im outside and out of sight, no interruptions.

And I do still roll the windows down while driving, hard to see the road when those crazy vapor clouds start building up.

After a particularly long gaming session in front of the computer, it probably is best to get up and move around a bit at least, minimize the clot risk :)
