I just started vaping and at first I was throwing in an analog now and then, like the other said first one in the morning, after meals. Then I read someone else say to give yourself a choice and decide,,,,,when I want an analog, I'll vape first and if I still want one after that, I'll go ahead and smoke one. To me that made perfect sense, because I knew it was more the physical habit. It WORKED!! Now I vape first and wait a few minutes, no more analog craving. The more I have done this, the less I am giving it thought (the analog).
You asked about the coffee flavors, I LOVE THEM. The ones I've tried have a bit of a burnt carmel type flavor, hard to explain but sooo good. When I got the coffee flavors that was totally it for me. I got coffee flavors from a couple different vendors but found everything I got from Backwoods Brew is unbelievablly good. I went to order more and they are out so I'm hoping it's back on the site SOON. I'll be getting large bottles! Cappuccino is to die for and Malty Toffee is awesome too, I go back and forth because I like them both so much!

Anyway,,,VAPE first,,,then decide on the analog!!!

Awesome advice, Shining, thanks!!

When I have the urge for an analog it's generally when I first get up in the morning with my coffee and then after meals. Today has been better. Maybe I'll try a regular tobacco flavor juice for those times...I'll give it a try.

Again, thanks to everybody for their words of advice and encouragement!!! :D

When I first stopped smoking it was hard not to go out and buy a pack of cigarettes but I just kept puffing on my e-cig, upped my nicotine to 24 mg and have brought it back down to 18 mg. My extended family smokes and yesterday was the first day that I can say after visiting them I could actually smell smoke on my clothes...yuck!

Hi Lindham!

I'm glad to read that I'm not the only one who has struggled, thanks! I did notice after the first few days of vaping that my sense of smell must be finally returning. I actually threw away the ashtray in my car because the smell of it made me a bit nauseous and, after repeated washings, I couldn't get that smell out of it.

I'm loving all the encouragement from ECF....THANKS!!!
