I have never joined a forum before, but I consider myself to be fairly polite so hopefully I won't commit too many "forum etiquette" blunders.

I started vaping approximately 33 days ago and quit analog cigs after only 3 days. Like many smokers, I new I should quit, and I had managed to get down to less than a PAD in ultra-lights but any stress would quickly bump the consumption up.
Also like many smokers I think my addiction was geared more to the physical act ( someone else called it a ritual and I greatly agree with that).Work is smoke free so I went all day with only 2 or 3 cigs, but as soon as I plopped down in front of the computer I would go through most of a pack in 4 to 5 hours.
As a reasonably intelligent adult, I knew all the bad things that cigarettes do to the human body, but as with any addiction I made all the usual lies about quitting. I guess what really brought it home to me was when I went to clean the guest bathroom and my so called "white" sink and commode were YELLOW. ( yuck )Well, I had heard about e-cigs on the radio a couple of years ago and did a google search then but it looked like a gimmik so I passed. After spending over an hour trying to get that bathroom clean, I went on the internet and dug a little deeper.
What did I come up with? "Blu cigs" I can just hear it now. "OMG Not another idiot that went for the puurty Blu Cigs!" Well, I'll have you know, I think they are a perfectly fine system for a "light smoker"; which I am definitely not.
( you gotta admit , they have a really nice pcc )
I have now learned the error of my ways and am using a 510 batty setup with cartomizers ( by the way, I am using a metal drip tip and everything that I try to drip taste like metal! - yes I cleaned the atty and yes I 'm pretty sure it has had time to break in- Is it safe to assume this is coming from the metal tip? I only ask because I can't see a vendor selling these if it makes everything taste like you are sucking on a penny)
I am mostly content, although being a guy, I do like toys and the mods look awful tempting. I am really tempted by the GLV2 5v, but as you can guess I am not to impressed with dripping and I imagine it would be awful easy to burn up a carto on 5v or higher.
