First Time vaping RY4 .... Seems like just about all the E-juice companies have there own RY4 since it seems to be so popular of a flavor.

I am vaping some cheap RY4 (65PG / 35VG - 24mg Nic) I got from Mt Baker. To tell you the truth, I think even though this juice is not expensive, it really tastes good (maybe I don't know what good RY4 is) :) ... but I like it.

Anyway, for you folks that vape a lot of RY4, how does Mt Baker compare to some of the other brands of RY4 out there?

Also, I get a really strong-hard throat hit from this stuff. I am thinking if I buy anymore of it, I will get some 50 / 50 instead of 65 / 35. Might not be so strong, plus I should get a little more vapor out of the 50 / 50.

Ron,

P.S This juice seems to have a good amount of maple flavoring in it ... kinda wish there was just a little less of the maple ... Makes me want to go to I-Hop and order some pancakes! :D

The answer is yes, there is a big difference from RY4 to RY4, even though to be an RY4 it must have caramel, tobacco and vanilla as the three main ingredients.

Not trying to pass you off to another thread, but this has been researched pretty well by an ECF member who has probably the best thread at this forum. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...views/193327-really-big-ry4-roundup-long.html

MBV gets a B- on the report card, so not too bad. There are better RY4s out there and I've used that list to find some real gems, stuff I consider to be the best out there. All the juices have individual reviews also, which you can find by searching the thread.

Ok ... Thanks, I will read the link you provided.

I really don't smell or taste any caramel or vanilla in the Mt Baker RY4. All I taste seems to be tobacco and maple (ie: maple syrup)

Maybe the caramel actually smells and tastes more like maple to me?

Very possible, but you'll have to try some others to get your taste buds to identify the elements. Something like Tribeca from Halo seems completely different from say Hangsen RY4, but those caramel, vanilla, and tobacco ingredients are in each of them. They are just blended and presented differently which is nice for the RY4 aficionado, because it gives you a variety of juices that are unique to chose from.

You know ... RY4 just seems to be a flavor that I could vap all the time if that's all that was available.

Take these flavors like Key Lime Pie, Cinnamon Roll, Bubble Gum, Lavender, Blueberry Cheesecake, etc ... They may be good for vaping every once in awhile, but I couldn't vap something like that on a continual basis.

I guess that's were something like RY4 comes in ... It becomes kind of an "everyday standard", and then something like Apple Pie, etc as a nice break every so often just for something different.

Am I making any sense?

Hey there, FLT....good to see you again!

I can't compare it to MBV's RY4, but I didn't even like tobacco vapes until I got a free sample of Derp Sauce. Their's is called "RYU no 4?". You can only get it at GiantVapes. But they provide fast shipping and great customer service.

I am with you....all the fruity and crazy flavors are awesome...but this RY4 NEVER fails me and I can vape it all day. It's been a couple of months and I'm not sick of it yet. The only juice I haven't gotten sick of so far.

Good luck!

Yes every ry4 seems to be tottaly differant from vendor to vendor lol

High brows ry4 made me want to puke on myself,, yet hhv heavanly tobacco is soo good I am tempted to drink it every time I open the bottle !! They are so differant I am amazed thwy can bolth be called ry4s !!!

Never had mbv ry4 but a close second to hhv is velvet cloud vapors white beard and there caramell tobacco

I find that the best ry4s are on the sweet side and are 100%vg and organic . All the pg blends taste like chemicals and floural . With the exception of halo tribeca, halo tribeca is the only pg bsed ry4 I will vape

I've tried 60-70 MBV flavors, but not RY4. I don't like their tobaccos, except for 555, which I love (I initially did like Vanilla Tobacco and Peach tobacco, but I ended up never being able to finish even half a tank of either of them). I've read rather negative reviews of MBV's RY4, for what it's worth.

On the other hand, I've absolutely fallen in love with Good Ejuice's RY4 and GY4. The former is a lab RY4 and the latter is an NET RY4. Both are spectacular.
