Very new to vaping, only had my pv for about two weeks and havnt touched an analog since the day my device arrived in the mail :) I know for a lot of new people looking to make the switch (myself included) a starting juice flavor is a major concern. What has completely captivated me is Tobacco Haze from Mom and Pop Vapor. This juice was exactly what I needed to kick the nasties without any thoughts of going back. So anybody out there looking for that first juice on their vaping transition, I highly recommend this product. Hope this helps and thank you to everyone on the ecf for all your insightful and knowledgeable information.

Congratulations on quitting smoking! Glad vaping is working for you.

I've only quit for three days. I'm getting really excited about vaping. I tried quitting/switching a few months ago and didn't make the switch at the time. A friend told me to try a menthol tobacco flavor. I liked the mango flavor I bought better and used that one for a day but didn't stick to it.

When I quit and switched this time around, I only vaped the tobacco flavor for the first two days and I think that really helped. Now I'm switching between the two and getting really psyched about an order I just made for a variety of juices.

Again, congrats to you!

I totally agree with the starting out on the tobacco flavor, my issue was I didn't know where to venture out from there as far ad what flavors I would like. I recommend the fan favs sample pack from Mom and Pops, it gave me a clearer vision of what I would like at a cheaper cost. I probably sound like a sales person for Mom and Pop Vape Shop, not the case, I just really enjoyed their service and their vape.

Agreed. Start with tobacco, then soon realize that's really not the taste you're looking for.

...................Hey man !.

I do use a tobacco flavour but it isn't my go to. Incidentally, it is a natural extract tobacco flavour. Just thought i'd mention that.

No, my all time saviour flavour, one which if i didn't have i'd start smoking, is Menthol Ecopure. Big clouds of vapour, perfect throat hit and the taste is a strong menthol, very cool and very smooth !. It's 100% Vegetable Glycerine with 4.5mg nicotine and my weapon of choice at the moment is a Kanger T3 on a Vision Spinner. I haven't found anything anywhere near as good as this menthol yet but i enjoy searching. I have a few flavours knocking around which i alternate with menthol so i'll survive.

For beginning vapors, finding a couple of flavors that you enjoy is probably more important than the actual gear setup you begin with.

I highly recommend getting several sampler packs from vendors that offer them. This way you are not wasting money on larger bottles of flavors that you just can't stand to vape. Once you find a winner or two, you can order more in a larger quantity.

If you were a menthol smoker, getting a couple of menthol flavors would be preferred to getting a tobacco flavor to start out with. I couldn't stand plain tobacco cigarettes, and still can't stand tobacco flavored e-juice.

Also realize your tastes will change greatly over the first few months of vaping, so don't order a large quantity of a specific flavor. My first go-to vape was House Blend from Copper Creek, a cake batter flavor. I thought I'd save some money by ordering 120 ml of it. Poor decision, not long after receiving it I developed an aversion to the flavor and could no longer vape it. So I had 120 ml of a juice that I would never again enjoy.

Can you recommend any vendors that offer decent sample packs? I may just be looking in all the wrong places but I feel like they are hard to come by.

Just like to say I "started" with tobacco flavors, but soon realized I didn't really want anything to do with anything "tobacco" flavored. Because it started to remind me of what I was trying to get away from. When your ready, start trying more "flavors" that have a light tobacco base. A good RY4 or J55 from RAWR vapor was a good transition juice for me.

Virgin Vapors: Organically Flavored E-liquid | Virgin Vapor | Electronic Cigarette Organic e-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes

Vaperite: Home

Dripeez: https://natural-eliquid.com/store/index.php (No sampler packs, but offer 6ml size bottles for around $5. My favorite juice vendor)

All three vendors custom mix each flavor to your order with regular purchases with options in pg/vg ratios, and use all-natural, all-organic flavorings which I have found to have the best, most authentic flavored e-juices.

Perhaps a little more expensive than some, but worth it to me knowing that I will always get a quality e-juice and no "throw aways".
