Just when I thought I got it all under control....bam...more problems

I finally figured out what battery works for me...ego t upgrade
What juice I like...Back Woods Brew
What delivery system...dct tank with pre punched carto (3 holes) and what vendor can get them to me quickly and fairly inexpensive....hoosier e cig
Then I started getting bad carto's more often than not. So changed over to the carto's with the new wicking sytem intead of the filler. Those gave dry hits unless puffed on like a freight train without firing it between hits. Thought the juice was to thick so tried some old stuff I had from my beginner days that I didn't like, yep that was the problem. Now I know BWB says they use a 70/30 mix but the juice is thicker, you can tell just by looking at it. I didn't want to give up my BWB so started looking for another delivery sytem.
Viv nova 2.0 ml rebuildable...great reviews...still dry hits but old thinner juice worked great and tasted better than in anything else. So started looking for a new juice vendor. Now I have tried juice from dozens of vendors (my dad vapes too so we test each other's juice) and have noticed some juices give off a burning woody type smell. Like someone is engraving wood. So even if it tastes good to me I have people come into my office or home and want to know what that "smell" is. Was eventually turned on to Freedom Smokes USA by another vapor I just happend to meet. She was kind enough to give me a bottle to sample. Wonderful stuff. Tastes great, smells good, vapes well in my viv nova.
Found my new vendor YAY...AND Bonus...they sell juice and the replacement heads so I can order everything from them in one stop. Then they started taking forever to ship my stuff...literally it would not leave their facility for 6 or 7 days after I ordered. Now they have a server problem, and the delay in putting items in my cart is so long that my session times out. I have not been able to place an order in over 10 days. Oh...and...they stopped selling the replacement heads for vivi nova, they have switched over to the V5 style. I really don't want to invest another $100 dollars (for me and hubby to have several each) for the new style when mine works great.
My questions are:
Has anyone heard if the standard vivi nova's are being elminated and replaced by the v5?
Reliable vendors that don't change their stock every month and can get the order out their door quickly?
Vendor's that sell a good tasting and smelling juice and the hardware I need?
If anyone has tried BWB and Freedom Smoke USA that is the kind of juice I am looking for.
I did not like The Vapor Girl -tasted like perfume to me.
Hoosier E cig juice and vape dudes- had that engraving wood smell but taste good
Viking vapor was just nasty

I don't mind paying more for a better experience. So is this too much to ask for in the vaping world? Am I being unrealistic in my expectations? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, any yes I know this phrase "buy a whole lot of samples from different vendors to see what you like" that is why I have a cabinet full of 5 mil. bottles just sitting there.
This is a really long post  but I tried to give as much detail as possible so hopefully someone out there can help!

As I am in Canada I c annot help you with a USA vendor, however I would suggest rebuilding your viva nova yourself. What I make isvway better than anything I could have bought. There's some great youtube videos that show you step by step.I cut a two little wquares with nail clippers in the silicone cap, right above the wicks. It allows thicker juices to flow better.I've also find a few drops of water per tank also solves my wicking issues, as I enjoy thicker vg juices.

Mister-E-Liquid is one stop shopping and they offer fantastic customer service and their juice is very good. Most of my juice is from them, except for Halo and Vermillion River. I tend to lean towads the higher end vendors because the juice taste so much better. Customer service with Halo and Vermillion River is exceptional as well.

I will def. try cutting holes in the caps...and the few drops of water as well. It would be nice to enjoy my BWB juice again!

Just be sure it is distilled water not tap water. You can pick up a gallon if it for next to nothing. It is the least expensive item I have in my vaping supplies.

If I can suggest when building your new coils, get a hold of some non resistance wires. You need to connect this to the resistance wires. The non resistant wires should form the legs of your coil. This will not let the rubber grommet heat up and will not give off a bad rubber taste.

I will not be building my own...I clean them and will try the notches for thicker juices, but...I just don't have time to rebuild...I'm gone from 7 to 6 Mon to Fri. Two teenage daughters, two dogs, and camping every weekend from April to Nov. I just don't have the time or patience required for this...thumbs up to all of you that can do this, I believe it's beyond me.
