We all know that the FDA was shot-down by a federal judge for detaining e-cig shipments. However, I also read that the FDA has appealed this ruling. So, can the FDA continue to detain shipments while they wait for their appeal?
Just wondering .Is FDA still currently detaining shipments?

The order I place late 9/28 was here yesterday (10/5). I was amazed at the speed !
We all know that the FDA was shot-down by a federal judge for detaining e-cig shipments. However, I also read that the FDA has appealed this ruling. So, can the FDA continue to detain shipments while they wait for their appeal?
In my experience with the judicial system, the ruling is valid until an appeal is won. So until the ruling is overturned they cannot detain shipments.
