I quit 2 months ago (smoking a pack and a half a day Marlboro menthols) and that day I picked an E-cigarette. So was on the road to better life and to kick start my health in a direction it hasn't gone in years 25 to be exact. With that said I barely had any symptoms of any real withdrawals probably because I was being occupied with family work and vaping.
But this last week I did my rotation for midnight shift so for a week so my body was def off but with in a last two days i started to feel like I had a slight case of the smokers flu I was tired , bad headache congested crappy dreams sore gums lol most of those has passed within a few days and i do understand that withdrawals will do this to you but I also read it happens within usually the first 2 weeks i know everyone is different and maybe i become a hypochondriac in way lol but when I smoked I hardly ever got sick now I started getting a DRY tickle in the back of my throat last 2 days and that turned into a cough last night. thinking that it was the pg i switched to a vg based e-juice still had it. So taking some cough meds hoping that helps.
Is this common few months along ?

from what I've read it is common when you just quiet smoking (within two weeks )

Using and ipv v2s with a kayfun
Thanks guys for your input

Goooooood Mornin' CosNy1 !! Yeah, I went thru that about 2 mths in. I switched to, mostly, VG & the problems went away. I still use high VG juices but can use the 50/50 without any issues. I'm not a Doc, so I can't give you the why, only that the vapers mouth is fairly common. You might also thy keeping the heat as low as possible. A long drip tip will help, along with plenty of water. Hope this helps !!!
