juul is being sued by the fired senior vice president for global finances for not recalling tainted juul cartridges according to the lawsuit filed. At least that is the claim of the lawsuit. Is JUUL being sued because they Didn't recall some Allegedly Tainted Cartridges?

Or are they being Sued because they Allegedly Wrongfully Fired someone?
