There's always juul.ca, although they just seem to have mint, not the fruit ones.

It's helpful to add your location to your profile so people can see where you're from when you ask about location-related things. Click on your username in the upper right of the screen, and it'll take you to a screen where you can add it. A general location, like just the country or country and province is fine if you don't want to publish too much information.
