K100 with protank?

Anyone able to get this combo to work? When I try, the protank constantly fires from (I believe) not being able to telescope out enough without it getting all wobbly like. Botton isn't pressed in and locked off. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but can figure out what. 18650 mode

ive not had any problems with that combination...maybe you just need to make sure you are full telescoping down after your 18650 is in there...make sure its all making contact...also that button takes a lot of force....so push it hard

Hmmm... the only way I can get it to **stop** firing is telescoping out til I can see thread at bottom of telescoping tube

I never had a problem either with that combination, although I'm using the smaller 18350.

Will try again after work. I think I may know what problem is. White plastic cap should be on bottom spring perhaps? That was loose in tube when I opened it up. Wasn't exactly sure what it was.

It desn't make any difference what you put on top of that, it can only fire if the switch is making contact with the battery. If the white plastic ring is not in place on the spring, you're right, that's the problem.
