K4808D Cartmizers.

I would like to know if v4l k4808d cartomizers will fit on kr808d battery.

the threads are the same. the kr808d and -d1. The d-1 are just redesigned batts and cartos making them better than the previous version.

Gotvapes has a "Vortex" that will fit as well. They are a bottom coil tank setup. I have a couple for a passthru I have and they seem to work really well. Simple to fill too
