Yep. In fact, last I heard Kanger was going to one single replacement head (the Protank one) for both devices.

That has already happened. All NEW replacement coils for both the Evod and Protank are the same head... some places still have the old evod heads in stock though. I have both on my evod and the new one is definitely a lighter draw... eye balling it, the top post on the new head is a lot wider, which is probably responsible for most of that different (just like a restrictor plate in NASCAR, a smaller diameter post will restrict airflow). I still have plenty of older coils, and I don't throw them away, so I am going to try swapping the post next time I give a cleaning and see how that goes.
