Has anyone used the old coils and new coils to have a first hand account of difference between them? I just ordered a couple and I'm not sure which I'm getting but just incase I get old ones I was wondering what I'd be missing out on and how hard I shud try to track down new ones

I haven't used the old coils but I don't think the difference is to do with performance as much as leak prevention. The new coil has a tip that screws into the centre post of the tank whereas the old coil looks like it just aligns itself with it.

Where did you order from? You could always contact the seller and ask them if they are old or new Micros.

I ended up ordering the white PCC on my last order (which should be here soon.... fingers crossed).

But going to get a black one as well I think, if I end up liking it as much as I hope I will. And I notice that Ree is selling the Cassiel's now, so will get it from there. Really impressed with that store - he doubled checked everything with me before sending and it, and those coils got to me in 8 days. Very impressed.

Great! I enquired to Ree Electronic Store last week and it turned out that he/she did have them but for some reason had not listed them - which has since been rectified. Since they only had white, I asked if they could get black now that the factories are producing them again and they ordered 100 units which should be in stock from tomorrow. And yes, I'm getting one too :thumb:

Got mine....was new coils....and man this thing rocks!!!....I've been a faithful Ikiss user at work and eroll at home for last 2 years(mainly cause everytime I take eroll out I break a pcc lol) but I have to admit I may have a new go to vape....thank you!!!

Don't thank me, thank Kamry and your seller, but great that you like it. It might be time to give the e-roll (and maybe even the iKiss) a well deserved break. Did you get the USB or Cassiel kit?

USB but no biggie i don't mind I bought enuff to charge a few use a few u know

That's how I started off too but found it a bit of challenge charging them on the go. If you ever want to get the PCC remember that batteries from the USB kit won't charge in it because they don't have the right tips. Cassiel comes with two Micros that do.

Is there a place to get the Cassiel kit and coils in the US?

Just had a quick search and it appears not. I would be surprised if a store didn't get them sometime this year though. Just have to keep spreading the word about it and hopefully some US suppliers will also see this thread and recognise the sales potential. At the moment there is a limited quantity of Cassiel PCCs available on Amazon UK for £29.99 ($24) with an option to ship to the US.

Oh good going, thanks for asking them. And my black one was shipped out today :smokie:

I got redcarded yesterday on my white unit, and have just managed to have a little play with it today. First impressions:

Couldn't read the instructions - too small (although who reads instructions anyway...).

Not exactly too sure what I'm doing with the PCC though. I notice there's an off and on switch on the PCC. Do you just leave it on?

For anyone who is planning on purchasing this item, there's a sneaky empty bottle underneath the plastic in the box (useful as it's an LDPE needle bottle).

My coils are reading at 2.3ohms (instead of the 1.8 which they should be - so have upped my nic to 36mg). Very impressed with the coils though. No weird background taste, very clean. The draw is very similar to a carto.

The 'lighted' end is annoying. Checking in the mirror for stealth, I think either the sleeve trick or the tight-cupped hand manoeuvre will work :D

So far very please with this PCC. :thumb:

I had to take a photo on my phone of the instruction pages so I could enlarge the text. Three clicks of the power button switches the PCC on or off just like a regular ecig - if it's off it won't charge the Micros or power LEDs. I tend to keep mine on as it goes into standby a few seconds after closing the lid anyway. Also if you press the power button once it indicates the current status of the 1200 mAh battery via four LEDs acting as a meter (each LED represents 300 mAh). This bit is flawed, on my unit at least, because after using up about 30-50% of the battery only one LED remains lit. I'm pretty sure the battery is 1200 mAh as I can fully charge both Micros (at 170 mAh each) three and a half times so I suspect there's something up with whatever chip is reading the battery.

Surprised that you got 2.3 on your ohm reader. Are these the coils that came with the PCC or your spares? It doesn't taste muted like I expect a higher resistance 2.3 coil should. Maybe it's because the wicking holes are quite huge in proportion to the size of the atomiser...

At least I'm not the only one annoyed by lighted tips. They should know by now that we don't need brake lights.

Good idea using the phone (I didn't think of that!). I'll have to pay closer attention but I think mine is also going to the last 2 green lights quicker than expected and then sitting at one green.

The 2.3s are the ones which came with the unit. It's no big deal, and will wait until they die. After 24 hours of using this device I think I can safely say that once my black unit arrives all my other vape gear will be getting pack away and out of sight

Finally! A simple hassle free, clutter-free vaping life!! :w00t:

Here are my 'cons' (ie, my own tastes):

The annoying red tips.
The slippery feel on both the micro and PCC.
The shiny gloss look on both the micro and PCC.
The KamryTech logo on the Micro needs to be a 1/4 of the size.
Hard to see how much juice is left in the tanks sometimes.

So far, apart from these minor annoyances I'm more than pleased.

He guys im a really fan of mini e-cigs, it's impossible for me to use a big device. Must be small, light, comfortable and practically (pcc..).
@Jin_888
in the past i was often reading your posts wich helped me often, i would thank you for that ;D.
This set looks really great, i ordered already, hopefully it can replace my Eleaf iCare. Wich isn't bad but very hard to keep it in mouth for longer time oO.

Where did you get the 1,8 Ohm atomizer ?
I just bought from here

White micros for day and black for night, or maybe the other way around for visibility :toast:

The brightness of paint on the pearl white micros does gradually fade a bit although the gloss seems to remain. Also when you get the black micros they will be kind of a speckled black, but you have to look closely to notice. And yes, the huge logo on the side could at least match the width of the juice window, which I actually find much more useful and clearer to gauge than another device that I own- the Kanger Cupti - which has a gigantic window but with tinted glass that matches the colour of the device...meaning if you have a black or red one you are in for a hard time spotting juice levels.

No problem mate, you're welcome and happy to be of service. The micro is 20 grams when full and can be grasped between your teeth to vape hands-free but beware - doing this makes it difficult to swallow so after a short while you might find yourself drooling all over the place...not that this has happened to me of course (I kept a tissue handy)

I bought my coils from the same place as you - Ree Electronic Store - and I think it's great value that you get two packs of five for less than $9.00. Each coil lasts me at least 2 weeks and you can extend their lifespan by cleaning/soaking them in hot water.

Glad to see the enthusiasm for the kamry, I've been using the old model for about 9 months and for me they are the perfect cigalike, no fuss, no muss.
I'm happy to use boxes in the house (smokjoy air50+le magister clone) but I wouldn't be seen dead outside with one.
1 battery failed after about 3 months but the other is still going strong. Coils last well, no problems with high vg and no leaks from the old model. Batteries give out as much as you can expect from 170mah.
Ree have been good for spares.
Not seen the need for the cassiel yet as 3 fit in my ticket pocket and last me the day, however it looks a good bet for my better half. Airflow at the bottom looks good for reliability if nothing else.
No particular tips to share as this is what a CAL should be, plug and play.
