Kanger Aero Tank Base and Protank II

I got vape mail yesterday. In fact, it was a surprise!! It wasn't supposed to be here till Monday, thanx USPS!! But I digress. I ordered 2 AeroTank bases for a couple of my Protank II's. I would have ordered 4 but the site only allowed me the 2. Anyway, I couldn't get them unboxed and installed fast enough, if you know what I mean. I've been using Mini-Protank II bases on them to prevent to flooding/gurgling thing so common to the Protank II and was pretty happy with that solution, even tho it looked kinda weird. But these AeroTank bases are something else!! I cranked them wide open for maximum air flow and the first vape was a huge cloud with a most excellent flavor!! I was amazed and thrilled. It's like a whole new world to me!! So far, I've got to give these things 2 thumbs up. I'll be ordering a couple more to get all four of my PT II's squared away and GQ.

I got one of these and love it. When you screw a PT base all the way down on a Provari (and some other mods) it cuts off the air flow. Since the air holes on the Aero tank base(Kanger Airflow Control Valve) are on the side, you get lots of air. Also, it’s sealed, so no liquid gets to your battery.

My neighbor recommended the Aero protank base for the Protank 2 and like you said, it works. Compatibility: The base fits the Protank 1 and 2 while using single coils heads. It fits the Protank 3 with dual coils heads. I paid a little more and got it from

The gurgling was really annoying and getting liquid in your mouth was awful. This Aero base is better than the "improved Protank 2 base" they are selling now. It is well machined and really works.

I got my aero base on Sat. Using it on the Protank 2 with my Vamo v5. I knew I would enjoy it because I have the Aspire Nautilus for a few weeks and really enjoyed that too.....no problems with Aspire Nautilus on top of my Provari Mini.

I actually just came on here to post this same thing! The aero base has made life so much easier for me and my protank 2. No more gurgling, leaking, and draw issues. I think I can actually rebuild all my current pro tank attys and use this aero tank for a long time without having to spend any more money.

that's exactly what i thought when i got the first one in the mail. i've since ordered 2 more pt2s since i like to rotate 3 flavors and just need one more base.

I found Kanger Protank 2 on ebay for $13.99 + free shipping from a seller with 100% rating at
Protank 2 Authentic Kanger Pro Tank II USA Seller Fast Shipping Innokin Ego | eBay so I bought my 2nd Protank 2.

(Other seller for $11.99 had negative comment so I do not recommend) It is amazing how reasonable some vaping items on ebay can be.

I'll just confirm again, the Aerobases make a world of difference to the Protank 2's. I didn't expect that much of a difference but man they vape a lot better now. Also no more gurgling/leaking. Well worth the little investment if you have protank 2's laying around.
