No worries buddy! I enjoy researching, and understand that less words within a Google search provides a much thorough result. If it had been asked or talked about on the net, most certainly you'll find it on Google. LMAO

Now, you have to pay it forward by providing a video of your rebuilds in order for it to be easier for everyone else whom may be searching for the same thing. :p

im a noob i bought one of these today after buying a king clone and a kraken clone. but this does not produce much vapor. do i not have it setup right? my king and kraken build hits like a champ.

Naw, not a noob at all. The Kraken (clone or not) provides quite a bit of vapor vs. many other tanks... Certainly more than an Aerotank IMO.

Thanks for your reply but in this video he is making a single coil.
I am looking for dual coil....

I build 2mm single microcoiils for my Aerotank.

The biggest differences I noticed between a stock dual coil and a rebuilt single coil was:
- no delay in firing
- MUCH easier to build a single coil
- Better flavor (of course that's due to the cotton)
- As much vapor if not more

The other thing to think about is the stock coils have Non-resistance wires for the leads. I think trying to hand build a dual coil will be a "short" nightmare!

My single coils come out looking like this...

Very nice explanation, but the only problem is that I have had very bad experience with cotton.
Which cotton do you use in your coils??

Sterile cotton balls from the first aid section. Johnson & Johnson brand in a box and I don't boil or do anything special. First 10 to 20 toots on new cotton has that cotton taste but after that it's nothing but flavor. I've heard of some people that have problems with cotton, most notably the "VapingGreek" on youtube (PBusardo's adversary/buddy).

What kind of bad experience have you had? A health reaction to cotton or PITA to wick?

I have had bad taste from cotton... no health issues or wicking.. only bad cotton taste.. I bought it from my local store, it says 100% cotton on it.. Actually I am in UK so i don't know where to get sterilise cotton.
