Kanger AeroTank Mega Replacement Tank Seals

I am starting this thread in the hopes other Kanger AeroTank Mega users will post their experiences and recommendations on tank seal replacements.

As of today Kanger Tech is not supplying these lip type seals separately and if you use any types of e-liquids that are on the acidic side, the seals will eventually dissolve!

Many liquids such as fruit flavors, colas and cinnamon's tend to be acidic.

I can confirm this as I have both emailed and called Kanger US and they are not making these available as of yet.

However their literature with these tanks clearly says "all parts are replaceable".....

I have heard that some people have successfully used "O" rings, but I have had no confirmation on this...

The silicone seals that come with the tanks are actually a "lip seal" as opposed to an "O" ring.

I am about at the point where I am going to break my tank down (seals are melting) and measure the tank top and bottom and see if I can make a metric o ring work...

I will post what I come up with....

Naturally about this time after I go to the PITA of this Kanger will make the seals available...LOL
