Well, the Busardo video shows in the earlier section, the whole thing being washed including the coil, and once rinsed & dried, it seems to work OK, so we'll see. :)
As for the vodka? ...no thanks - hate the stuff even clean out of the bottle!

Hope it works out for you trish :) I am the same with vodka, can`t stand the stuff, but i am partial to a white rum and coke. :D

We'll see! - I'll try it at some point.

I used to like Lambs Navy Rum with peppermint cordial years ago - not sure I would now though. Not really a spirit person.
I've often thought Tia Maria in ice cold coke could be nice though.
I'll stick to the occasional glass of Cabernet/Merlot :)

Trish i had a thought earlier, something you could try while you wait for the silica from ian. What you could try with the leaky coils is...Get a piece of cotton wool and tear a bit off, roll it into a string shape around 2 or 3 mm thick. Place that where the flacour wick goes, removing the flavour wick first. Trim it down to size, and that should do the trick. It will be better than silica IMO, as cotton really does soak up juice.:)

Suppose I could try it ... Not too sure what sort of pickle it'll be, but if I can find some cotton wool, I will. Ordinary cotton wool is OK?

You can do it trisha. Yep ordinary cotton wool is all i used to use. :)
Ok ..not sure if we've got any but I'll have a look :)

when i use my kanger dual coils in my mega once a week i take apart tank, wash everything and soak coil in really really hot water. Blow through it and let it air dry.
Reassemeble and GREAT
My single ones never seem the same once washed like that, but I've just soaked and rinsed a V2 coil ..see what it's like soon :)
