Kanger Company won't reply to my emails! Please help

I hope some if you guys or gals on here can help me.


I seem to waste so much of my time waiting for emails back for different company's, I've now waited 2days to hear back from kanger and still nothing, it's bad enough them being In china and me in England as it is, it's very difficult to deal with things through just emails which realistically is the only option. It seems to take days to get anywhere with any of these company's, just say if I'm getting one reply every few days and it takes 5 emails to get to the resolved point of my query, your talking 2weeks.


My point of this post is to try and find out how on earth you get kanger to reply??? Hear is there web address -

If anyone can please help me, with any advice or know how it'll be much appreciated

I learned the hard way from a tank I purchased from them. I had to fix the leaking myself and didn't enjoy the taste of what I was vaping from the tank itself. I just threw the tank away tonight and took my losses. I'd say stay relentless and you are bound to get somewhere.

There are many better tanks other there waiting to be found. If you use theirs all the time you will never get to experience the best, but this is only an advice, do what makes you happy.

taking a closer look the logo on the sz-kanger . com seems to have a different font than the logo from the kanger protank box (with matches the szkanger . com site.

also the szkanger . com has links to their distribuitors (just one ATM) and a phone number

.... for an educated guess i think this is the real one

I too see the irony, The site I listed is the official site, I have contacted Kangetech to let them know.... perhaps the site listed before is a mirror site, but I highly doubt the official site would have distorted pictures and very badly worded descriptions!

The logo on the kangertech site has just recently been changed in the last week or so, perhaps because of this very cloning thing. I know this is the real site.

Well, perhaps this is a good thing, once their sites are all cloned and they see the damage it causes they will do something within their own country to clean it all up, good change always comes from within.

Hate to see a good company get a bad rap, they have always been very forthright with me.

I just received and email from Kangertech, this IS their OLD website, they are migrating to the new one I listed, if you need customer service I would recommend sending it to:
sales@sz-kanger.com as I got a reply in less than a half hour.

My question is Why are you trying you directly contact Kanger?
Are you trying to Bulk purchase or do you have a product issue?

For any Product issue you should be in touch with your Vendor first. this would inform them of potential product issues and alert them to customer satisfaction problems. Most Vendors deal factory direct and can resolve problems more quickly.
