Hello, brand new to vaping. I have very recently purchased an Kanger EMU starter kit. I am having an issue with one of the batteries producing a red light on the charger when fully screwed in. If I back it out just slightly the indicator turns to green. Does the battery need to be tight on the charger to charge? Is it charging when the green light is on? Sorry for the simpleton questions, I just don't have a clue about the system and the manual does not give an answer.
Thanks in advance

Just tight enough to be snug...Red means it is charging then turns green when charged. The fact you backed off the connection may indicate it is not touching thus giving a false green light. One way to check perhaps is to plug the charger in without the battery on it then see what light is on if any. Charge time can be hours so don't be in a hurry.:D
