I'm using a 1.8 ohm coil with about 3.8 volts. I have a 60/40 pg/vg ratio currently. The amount of vapor I get with the evod is nice but i would like a thick white cloud without having to spend on those $400 mods haha

Well, I'm sure you can get that from your eVod; you may try to increase the VG a bit, but not too much--8 watts and a thick eliquid may be too difficult for for an eVod. Hey, you can try enlarging a hole if you want to--I've never tried it myself so I have no idea what the result will be. You can always plug it if it's too big.

That said, you can get more vapor if you switch to dual coils. There is a new DC eVod or you could try an Aerotank. Just remember that dual coil cartos require a bit more wattage than their single-coil cousins.

OMG drilling out the airholes - why did I not think of that? I bought a little adapter that has adjustable air and I keep it fully opened because it is so much nicer that way, but it messes up the feel and aesthetics of my setup. I spent a few bucks on the mod but could totally have saved the money by drilling out the existing setup. Well at least I know now thanks to this thread and I can stop using that silly adapter. Thank you!!
