I did a search and read several posts but couldnt find anything related to my issue.

I didnt have this issue with the atomizer that came with my Kanger I & II, but since buying several packs of replacement atomizers (T3 heads I think - sorry) I screw them in snug but not overly tight so they dont leak. And I find myself having to use my fingers to either loosen or tighten the tank to my mod (Provari) while in my hand in order to get power to ignite the atomizer. The tolerance is so fine, that if I set the ecig down, I will need to adjust it again for the next hit.

I would say that the sweet spot gap is about 1-2 millimeters within the threads - either tighten or loosen - to get power to the atomizer. If its not "in the sweet spot" nothing happens. If I do a Atomizer check it reads OP - Other Power.

Its extremely frustrating as when I go to take a hit, I have to adjust the tank within the screws while inhaling until I hit that spot to get any vape. And sometimes I run out of breath before I ever get any vape. When it hits the right spot, it works awesome. But man, its like chasing the dragon here.

I have gone through about 5 packs of atomizers. Some are better than others, but most if not all of them do require a lot of tuning on the threads to get to fire correctly.

Any advice on what I can do to fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Are your heads name brand or knock offs?
I ask because I am having some issues with my heads that are not name brand. I screw them in nice and tight, and it seems the head is not quite reaching the bottom of the base to make contact on the battery. It seems a smidge recessed and I am wondering if they made the bottom of these heads just a micro millimeter short....

On my phone as usual...

Good question, as my wife picked these up for me at a local ecig store we often use. But I cant recall if they came in the retail black box you usually get.

However, my issue has been resolved and probably to your point. I bought some from another ecig shop that came in the oem black box and brand name on the box and I have not had a single issue with any of the heads yet. Go figure..

But yeah, its weird, as it seems to be as you said, like a micro-milimeter off, just a hair more tight, nothing, just a hair more loose, nothing, but right in the sweet spot it was heaven..

Try getting some from another vendor, thats about all I can suggest.
