New Kanger coil issue

Hi,

I just purchased a new pack of new design Kanger 1.8 ohm coils for my Protank 3. Now my batteries are flashing and won't work. I have tested the coils, and there are just above 1.8. We have used the old style 1.8 and 1.5 coils with no issues. I am using Spinner II's and the Smoktech VV 1300mAh batteries.

My Aero Mini doesn't seem to have the same issue.

Anyone else having these issues?

Any suggestions would be great.

Try backing of the clearo from the mod just a tad.

Sometime the 510 on the air control base unit sticks down a tad too far and after repeated on offs something isn't connecting, or is that shouldn't. The spinner 2's seem prone to this. The mini as you know has the ego so it mates differently with the pin, a direct contact with the coil.

They sell a little circuit board circle that fits inside the 510 on the mod to fix this. I have the link someplace.
