Received my Protank last week. Finally got to opening it to use it however, I noticed on the base that srews onto the bottom of the tank there are no notched grooves in it. Apparently this allows for airflow. So when I put the tank on my Provari, it's like sucking on the end of a straw with a finger over one end. No airflow whatsoever. What should I do with this? Contact the vendor I bought it from or Kanger directly?
