I have the mini 2 and the pro 2 and had been using the 2.2 coils with my eVod and they taste burnt n a hour or so I mean I went threw 16 coils. So far I love the look but i don't like them. I think I'm going to get different coils and see if that helps at all :(

I have 2 mini pro tanks and 2 regular pro tanks (Kanger all) and I only use Kanger coils with them, and would only use Kanger coils with other tanks. I have used other coils (not sure brand, prolly knock-offs) which gave me same issues, burnt and bubbly after 2 days. Fortunately, the B&M I purchased them from did exchange them for me.

Really newbie here..

What voltage do you usually use on the mini and protank 2? I think the coil is 2.4 and I have a eGo C Twist

I really don't understand the power stuff, sorry :(

For me, anything over 5 volts and it starts tasting burnt to me. 5 volts is pushing it. My vv twust is usually set at 4.4 - 4.5. That seems to be tbe sweet spot for me at 2.5 ohms.

No worries when you will get them there is a small instruction inside the box indicating the resistance and the best V u should use for it
well as I can see they indicating 2.4 Ohm best to use 3.8-4.1 V

I have both and detect no difference in them other than the removable drip tip on v2 & the draw seems to be a tad bit tighter. :vapor:

Anyone know if there is a difference in the draw between the pt mini v1 and the pt mini v2 ? I have a v2 on the way, hoping it will have no issues. So far, the Kangertech Evod seems to be my most consistent bottom feeder (had pt1, pt2, and pt mini2 v1)

Same hereon the majority of juice. some I turn down just a bit more.

When I got it, I found the draw incredibly airy. I do like how easy it is to clean and keep up with.

All in all, I still think its a good buy.

Just to let you know, there are 2 different genuine Kangertech coils for the protanks and evods, the one with the short stalk, and one with long stalk. If you prefer your draw airier, take the long stalk, and if you prefer a tighter draw, the short stalk would be best suited. I like both of them, however, to me, more importantly, is the resistance of the coil. The 1.8ohm coils vapes most beautiful IMO :D

Kanger only makes the long heads now to fit the tanks unless you find a vendor with the short ones still in stock, I don't think that makes a difference in the draw. You can hold a finger over the one or two of the holes in the bottom cap that will tighten the draw. Or put a little tape over them.

Hello,

boy-o-boy a big diff in draw - if you have the two take a look at
how big the diameter down the center tube is...

long one is much bigger allowing big air draw :)

I like the airiness of them. Some liquids do better with more air. For the ones that don't it's so easy to compensate by covering a hole with a slight change in how you hold it, is a simple adjustment.

I wasn't sure of the metal tip at first, weight different feel and such. I made sure to get one with the changeable tip. I gave it a chance and found I did like it. It's nice to have the option, I like options.
