Kanger Protank Mini - changing flavors

Soo i am almost finished with my first sampler bottle in my protank mini. Dragon Fruit from the Vapor room. 18mg nic 50/50 blend. I must say, it's fabulous!

so now my question. I know between flavors i need to completely wash the tank, but i am so excited to try my next flavor (Sweet Tarts) that i dont want to wait for the head with the wicks to dry. Can i just use the other head that came with it and aet the old head out to dry for a few hours. The head im currently using is 2.4ohms and the tank came with a 1.8ohm head as well. Would it work to just keep cycling through these two heads every time i switch flavors?

I don't see why not, but you're going to have a different burn with a 1.8ohm coil vs. a 2.5 ohm coil. Get yourself another tank lol

I'm planning on it. I have a vision spinner, so incan adjust the volts. With a lower resistance would i go up or down with my volts?

Leave it where it's at and see how you feel. Adjust to your liking! I usually burn my VV around 3.8 and the watts around 9 on my ProTank using the 1.8ohm coil, but it's all relevant to your tastes.

The lower the resistance (ohms) the lower the volts. There is a great chart here:

Really helped me find the 'sweet spot' on my new SVD.

Unless you have a VV it will be a very different vape. It took me a while to figure out a lot of the finer points to vaping but it is worth it once you do.

You don't haaaaaaaaaaaaaave to wash the tank, most people do i dont do it all the time. just run the juice down to a minimum and get the excess juice out. take the tank apart clean it out with a paper towel and refill. i do it in my aerotank it honestly isn't a big deal to me

One thing i'm not liking, is towards the end of my tank, i'm finding it a bit difficult tonsee how much is left in the tank, sits it seems to sit below where the metal part is. I'm thinking about just going ahead and wash it out and fill with my next flavor

Don't let a protank get that low. They actually suggest keeping it topped off, but that's ridiculous IMHO.

Okay i cleaned it with hot water and dried everything. Switched to the 1.8 ohm head and am thinking with this juice and head, its good at around 3.6 volts. Maaayyybbee 3.7 not sure yet.

Depending on the flavors you can just go ahead and start vaping without needing to let everything get completely dry. I'm temporarily stuck in a motel, and I just finished doing a rinse and refill with a new flavor. You get a little sizzling from the water, and don't vapor for three or four draws, but it's fine after that.

Because the design of these has so little wick, you can rinse it under the tap, fill/refill your tank and screw it back up.

If it's still wet (which it will be unless you dry) you'll just have some poor vapes for a few puffs. As long as the internal wick is mostly juice (not water), then it bounces back quick.

Is it normal for the head that i had used before to still have the smell of the other juice? I know they have such strong aromas.
Or do i need to wash it better

Yes, I would say so. If you totally wash it (get inside by pulling out the post/air pole) best to dry it. If you rinse the whole base, the wick will still have some of the old juice....just a bit watery...
You'll get the feel for it.

Man, the only thing I ever do is rinse everything,pat dry the wicks in a paper towel and then do a dry burn. and sometime I will prime the coil with a drip of juice...

I'm so new to vapimg, perhaps i'm a bit overly cautious. But then again better to be safer than sorry.
