It sounds like part of the coil is touching metal somewhere or you could have some wraps touching. I would say to loosen the screws and adjust the coil seating. Also check that your wraps are evenly spaced and not touching. Next insert your little blue screwdriver thru the center of the coil and use it to leverage the coil into the correct position.
Now dry fire your coil and see if it is heating evenly. It would help if you had an ohm reader. If none of this helps, maybe a trip to a local B&M and see if someone there can help you get the coil correctly seated. Goodluck
Ok well the wrappes are touching but the came like that so i usume thats how its soppysed to be

I did the second prewrapped coil reads 0.1 ohm and the specs should be 0.5 heck it wont even fire less than .3 ohm

You likely have the second one shorting.
This is why I asked about EXPERIENCE.

Take the tank apart
Remove the Coil Chimney
Look to be sure the coil wraps are roughly evenly spaced and NOT touching anything
Read the ohms with The chimney off

Report the Ohms reading and the Number of coils on that pre-built

I have some prebuilt coils that came with my subtank mini rba sections and the ones pre-installed were really janky. One had 3 coils in the center jammed together and the other had a couple jammed on one end. I just took them out and spaced them and reseated to get a .3 -.4 ohm reading. I don't know what they would of read if I just used them as they came as I could see they were not properly spaced. Maybe tapping some youtube videos for your rba would help.

Usually a sign of having too much cotton in the coil.

Not quite enough wicking.
Wanna' start a "too much/too little" wicking war??

Could be either, but the tendency for the new builder is to overload the cotton in the coil. I'm having to force myself to use less cotton in my builds, 'cause more has to be better, right?

Not quite enough wicking. Maybe shy of the openings. To much liquid settling in the wick(near flooding)
Popping is the excess liquid being blown off the coils.
Can also do this with hot spots.(another reason for dry burn test)

Cotton swells. Coils get choked. Choking reduces liquid reaching coil. Reduced liquid usually results in scratchy dry hits and easily burnt cotton.

Less is definitely more :)
If the Deck is V2, there is a concern for properly covering the intake holes. Any missed coverage will allow to much liquid to enter the chamber.

I stopped using Cotton. Rayon does not seem to suffer the same issues and is generally easy to work with.:)

I know a lot of people sing the praises of rayon - I just can't get there yet. Have enough cotton on hand to last until I can take that next plunge. ;)
I'm still new enough to building that I'm learning as I go. Biggest mistake I've made with my builds is using too much cotton in them. Then add in the swelling, etc. and I was getting popping and in the really bad cases, burning through the wick. I've been much happier now that I've learned to use less (a lot less) than I think I should.

I need help when i tighten down the post my resistance drops but if i loosen then the coil moves

Are you talking about your center post? Forget small resistance drop and keep it properly snug - Not overly tight. Remember it is sitting in an insulator that is semi-soft, and you don't want to crush it.
The insulator separates negative from positive.

If it drops to .1(roughly) when tight, you are shorting somewhere. Check pad under positive contact for coil.
