Hi! Are you UK or US (or somewhere else?)

The Kanger Subox Mini looks kind of expensive to me.

If I was being picky (which I am), you don't want coils for the Subox mini, you want coils for the tank that comes with the 'kit'. It's a Kanger Subtank Mini and takes SSOCC coils or the Kanger Subtank RBA which you rebuild yourself. The RBA comes with most kits, but not always.
Is Kanger good? Yes... mostly.... but the mods themselves (the boxes) are not as good as they should be.
I see more people using Subtanks not on Kanger mods, if you understand.

Unless you are buying it to use it as a large normal, not sub-ohm tank (lower power mouth to lung inhale) the 0.5ohm coils are the best place to start.

First, I've seen Subbox Nano and Subbox Mini "kits" from $19.99 to $24.99 of recent... (Note please that this was @ Thanksgiving, where large sales were running)... On these particular kits, now $24.99 and $29.99, I believe, at "Vape Happy". After 3 years of vaping, with a MTL style, I'd steered away from taking the 'subohm plunge"... Within the past SEVERAL months now AND with support from THIS forum, I went with this kit several months ago (when the above noted sale hit, I did, in fact, buy another Nano Kit) I am obviously quite happy with these in my rotation. (I am small and with my teeny hands, these, as do my isticks and Aspire Mini tanks, fit comfortably in my hand). I have been able to enjoy higher VG level juices (70-80 % ) with these tanks with good flavor and vapor production. (It's always FLAVOR that I'm looking for in my vape over clouds). These levels happen to be the levels of the juice companies which I'm currently enjoying.... Are you looking for a "Blue Raspberry Slush"/ "Blue Slurpie" flavored juice??? I LOVE the juice vendor I purchase from, who uses a 75/ 25, VG/PG Ratio... ***Currently, Verde Valley Vapes (V3) is running a sale that doubles the free 100ml bottle of juice per $25 spent OR gives you 20% off your juice order. I've current vaped their "Blue Slurpie", a Blue Raspberry flavor.... At V3, you will find that 30ml bottles to be $8.... Verde Valley Vapes
I use, with my Subtank Mini and Subtank Nano tanks, .5 SSOCC Coils and am happy with the flavor and experience....
*Please note, these have been parts of MY experiences. I am just ME, 1 person, not a "world consensus". To add, I am in the US. The companies mentioned are US companies with whom I've experienced great service.
Apologies for the novel. I look for answers here and the individual information from others has really helped to point me in directions which I've found helpful. I hope some of this helps out in some way? Good luck and Happy Vaping!

* I just want to clarify 1 thing, as I mentioned comfort in MY small hands.... *My husband is just over 6 feet tall with a 200 lb athletic build. His favorite "setup" is the Subbox Mini Kit over everything he's had, seen or tried...
When I, myself, was looking for a subohm set up, comfort in MY small hands was a factor which is why I mentioned it... *Quite obviously this was MY individual issue with any "setup"

I'm new to vaping and i'm considering purchasing kanger subbox mini kit. I plan on vaping 0mg juice and only vaping for the flavor... i'm looking for a good blue raspberry flavored juice and I also need to know what pg/vg ratio I should get (for good flavor), also which coils are best for the subbox mini?
Thanks,
Tanner
Welcome and glad you joined.
Might want to Google. Could type in "Problems: Kanger subbox mini".
"The first and most powerful argument for dripping is the taste and flavor of the e-juice. Provided the atomizer is clean, I believe the flavor of the e-juice is more evident/true when dripping. The e-liquid is not forced to sit for long periods in a tank or cartridge nor is old juice mixed with new juice. The juice that is dripped into the atomizer is burned up during that session so nothing remains. Many people who are self-proclaimed purists swear by dripping as the best way to vape."
Need to know what you're after and how/what you adjust to achieve it vs how/what your willing to sacrifice to obtain it.
The cost of vaping clouds + taste is more expensive by far then the cost of Tootle Puffing for taste only.
"The primary downsides of sub-ohm vaping are that it requires more battery power (burns through battery charges/batteries) and burns through e-liquid faster."
