Kanger subox temp high

Was working fine for over a month left it on a couch today for two hours and it's been heating up. Keeps reading temp high when I try to fire it does anyone know how to fix this problem?

What battery are you using?

There's no brand on it but its 18650 3.7V 2500MAh. Gotten from north. Ugh was fine for close to two months

it also says E1 Error think i might need to get a new mod

I'm fairly sure E1 means there's a short in your coil. Try changing your coil.

Changed the battery and coil still the same haha
