My local vape shop said last month that .2 ohm coils are going to be released for the Kanger Subtank. I am currently running my tank on a mech mod(Nemesis) and I'm not getting nearly the vapor production that I'm looking for. I had an Atlantis with .3 ohm coils and liked it much more. I really like the feel of a mech, does anyone know if there is any truth to the .2 ohm coils? And are there any suggestions for getting better vapor production out of my mech? Thanks.

knowing ohms alone does not tell you much.
In fact nowadays, there's a good chance of getting coils that are not meant to work at 4 volts.

for example
$11.18 Replacement OCC Coil Head for SUBTANK Clearomizer (10-Pack) - 0.2ohm (15-30W) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

these 0.2 ohm subtank coils are rated for 15 to 30 watts which works out to 1.7 to 2.4 volts;
put that on a mech at 4 volts and it's going to be too hot.

Titanium wire or Ni200 might be an answer to getting more out of a subtank. I use TI in my subtank plus and it can still make me choke on occasion. It really sounds more like it's time to upgrade to either something with a dual rba/rta like the billow v2 or the TFV4 with the dual rba head. Higher VG juice gives me a "fuller" sensation that I like. I forget which tank I saw that has the velocity style rba but I remember thinking it should kick like a mule for a tank.
