Kanger Subtank mini RBA center pin loose

I was cleaning out the base of my spare black rba base (purchased from FT) and the copper center pin fell out into my sink (which lucky for me I caught before going down the drain and forcing me to look in the sink trap). It seems it is loose in the grommet that apparently holds it in place. I dried everything off and rebuilt a coil and it is holding a steady resistance and firing fine on my sig 150 but is still loose and comes out easily from the base upon removal from the mod. I am a little concerned about potential safety issues and wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Is it possible, and if so where, to pick up another insulating center pin grommet for my rba base?
