I've had 2 Kanger T2 and 3 spare heads for the past month. None of them are burnt, but I've been experiencing a lot of flooding lately. I've had to get the voltage higher to get good flavor and vapor production, if I don't, it floods.

Do wicks get worn? some are fraying at the ends but some are perfect, like day one.

Famous to T2's is that when you unscrew your mouthpiece, it also unscrews the head at the same time. So when you put your mouthpiece back on, the head is not screwed in all the way and it will flood. Each time before you screw your mouthpiece on, screw down your head to be sure it is secure. Then screw on your mouthpiece. Also, make sure the silicone sleeve is pushed all the way down.

Yes, I know that. Nevertheless with dark liquids it floods, not with clear ones

Beats me Susaz. High content VG's tend to get darker over time (more than PGs) yet VG is thicker than PG so it seems backwards of what would likely happen. I used T2's for awhile and have switched to Vivi Nova's. I don't recall having flooding problems like you describe with my T2's. And with newer heads throw that out the window as a possibility. T2's are pretty cheap. Get a new one and try it out. One of the problems I had with the T2's was it eventually quit making contact with the bat post (another famous T2 problem). I was constantly having to pull the bat post up. The connection post on the bottom of those T2's are poorly designed. It might be possible that is causing you flood problems too. Hard to say when you're in Buenos Aires and I'm in North Carolina. But like I say, get a new one and see what happens.

Replace the head, I have mixed experiences with T2 coil heads... one lasted like for a month!! other one only lasted for 3 days... the broken signs I have recollected from T2s are:

Less flavor, Less Vapor: Supposedly this is due a bad coil altough it also could be from a bad contact between the tank post and the coil head post, this happens on early stages of the atty like less than a week, I would say that this is a QA production issue.

Burnt Wicks: This normally happens after 2 or 3 weeks, it's the normal life cycle of the coil head but dry burning could accelerate the process, I realized that after you start getting a funky flavor, it's better to clean it up (no dry burn IMHO), if after cleaning and fill it the funky flavor still remains it's better to replace the coil head, the only way to fix the steady burnt flavor is rewicking and recoiling, is cheap and you can expect good results.

Dead Coil: Never happened to me on any Atty, I think this can only happens if you dry burn the coil hard, I learnt that Dry Burn is not good by any means (To clean is better to rinse and boil the heads or use edible alcohol, rinse with water and let it dry for a day).

For the leaking problem, I have experienced continous leaking when I overfill the tank or when I drag when the battery is off and sometimes when the battery is not fully charged. I would strongly suggest to do try this, clean the tank with warm running watter, remove the coil head, fill the tank with water just behind the 1.6 ml mark and dry the exterior of the tank with paper, leave it there for an hour or so and check if the tank is leaking ... if it leaks then now you will know that the leaking is due the tank (not the vaping behavior, or the liquid or whatever).

Thanks! I'll try! I have no funky flavor, and the flooding is mostly when I fill the clearo to the wicks. If I fill just below the end of the wicks it doesn't flood and vapes like crazy. Most of my leaking is around the cap and through the batt post, but erratically, that's why I can't pinpoint what's wrong.

Did this yesterday, and to be completely sure I left it overnight. The water was at the same level I left it. Thanks! Most probably it's about vaping at low power (I love how it vapes on my ego passtrhough) but with my mini ego (400 mAh, regulated at 3.7) it shouldn't flood.

I have found with any top coil wicking device short wicks flood less than long wicks. You have to tip anyway so I cut wicks so that they just touch the sides of the tank. I do this with vivinovas and any other wicking clearo that the wicks can be cut in.

I don't find this happening to me, what I see is that most of these heads have too thin of silica in them. I replace the stock wick with 3mm silica rope, and wind a new coil. I make my wicks long, also. Sometimes pulling the silicone cover on the top of the wick down farther reduces flooding, too.
