Kanger T2 mods, Similar to Fluxomizers?

When I first got my Fluxomizers, they were wrought with dry hits!

A simple look into the forum, and I find the perfect tiny modification that made them work like champs. Every single one only needed a small clipping of the seal and they wicked perfectly.

Now I seem to be having a similar problem with the Kanger T2's.

I've tried cutting small slits, like the Fluxomizers, but when you tighten the coil-head down it moves the sleeve with it. Thus the slits do nothing.

Next I tried cutting off the bottom layer of the sleeve (Just enough to give some room for the wicks to do their job), but instant flooding. I tried cutting the smallest portion off I could, and it still flooded!

So, is there any "fix-all" mod like the ones for the Fluxomizers?

Also, I've been trying to alter the placement of the sleeve... Moving it ever so slightly upwards so it's not as constricting on the wicks. It's helped a little bit, but still get dry hits fairly often.

Anyone come up with anything yet?

are you using them at too high a voltage or too thick a juice? cause these things work like champs out of the box, maybe you have a defective head

You may also want to check the orientation of the coil in the head... it should sit level with where the wicks enter the head. This is true of most any top or bottom coil, not just the T2 etc.

I have the voltage dialed way down, only hitting 3.3-3.7. The juices are very thin as well.

They all have their moments of great vapor/flavor, and I mean great (Better than Vivi Nova at times), but next it's either dry as hell or leaking. Which I can deal with, but just want to make sure there isn't anything I can do to make it work better. Right now they're just like the Fluxomizers right out of the box. Work ok, inconsistent wicking and leaking, etc.

To rdsok, I will check on them and see how the coils are looking!

Main thing, if you don't already know.... keep them tilted so the wicks can do their job and are kept wet... this is true for all CE2/4+ types
