KangerTech Protank glue peeling off?

I have the PT2 mini and the PT3 dual coil & both tanks I've had issues with where the glue around the base of the glass starts to peel off & eventually does. It happens only after like a couple weeks of having the tank. Why is this happening? Does anybody else have this issue? Thanks!

I was under the impression that the Protanks are glue-free (at least the PT2's), or am I missing something here? The O-rings on my Mini PT2 stuck to the glass tank at first, but came off during the first rinse and clean, they now sit snugly in their respective groove.
Anyone else have some input? I'm at a bit of a loss here..

the protank mini 1 has glue, the mini 2 does not it is an o ring...

the protank 3 does not have glue.

Where did you buy them? Real PT's stopped using glue in the assembly a long time ago, being replaced with o-rings instead.

My Pro tank Minis all came with extra O-rings in the box, no glue.

I can only echo the others: If it has glue, it is not a PT2.

I had an issue a while ago with my PT1's glue melting when I left it in my car when it was hot outside. Lesson learned..
