Hi, I am worried as when I was changing wicks in my tank I was trying to pull the bottom coils wick out and i pulled the whole coil came out with it because I'm clumsy , but what I am asking her is would it be dangerous for me to continue using the single coil until the new coil heads get delivered (5 days)

No danger at all. I think some folks have had problems with leaking but I never did. Prefer the single coils myself.

Thanks I did put extra cotton on top of the coil so it didn't leak.
