Thanks I am going to send it back. To move the airflow part I need to use a cloth it's that tight and it's also started leaking through the airflow holes
I would give it another shot. I have three subtanks, and my wife has another, and all four of ours work perfectly. Chances are pretty good that the next one will work perfectly fine.
I was really enjoying the flavour it give me compared to my aspire mini. I think I will the one more. So should the airflow part move freely. Mine hurt my fingers so much trying to turn it

it should be pretty easy to turn. If you bought it locally, just test the new one before leaving the store. If not, ask the vendor to test the replacement before shipping to ensure the AFC turns like it's supposed to. Most reputable vendors should be willing to test it.

If you have a problem with a third party seller, contact Amazon, and they will take care of you. I'd contact the company that sold it to see about a replacement first, as it's clearly a faulty tank.

If they're not willing to test it for you before ordering, I would just order it from somebody else. MyVaporStore should do it for you. They also have great prices, and are a registered vendor on ECF.

well I have sent it but I have just noticed I forgot to put the rebuildable coil in the box oops, let's hope they don't notice!
Received my replacement subtank mini today. The airflow part moves freely yayyy lol and no leakage so far
