What's the current best place to purchase Kanthal A1 in 28/30/32 awg, and 635 SS mesh? I got my last mesh from Stormy's, but it gets expensive to 'experiment' with it. I won't do business with eBay for various reasons, so that option is out (seems to be the most popular around here). I've been using nichrome for wire, but doing Genesis mods with it, trying to get higher resistance, Kanthal A1 would be superior due to the diameter/toughness at the same resistance levels. 635 mesh rocks for wicking, but I want to try a bunch of different wicks with it, and the little sheet I got for $16-17 didn't make more than 3 wicks at the length I'm using.
