Kanthal wire...

Hi,

I need some help here guys, kanthal A1 or Kanthal AF?

I found a good deal on e-bay for kanthal AF and if it is almost the same with A1 I 'll buy it, so its ok or not to buy AF for an e-cig use?

Kanthal AF- is a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) for use at temperatures up to 1300°C (2370°F). The alloy is characterized by excellent oxidation resistance and very good form stability resulting in long element life.

It appears that it is very similar to A1, however I'm not sure what the resistivity of it would be in comparison..

I would use A1 just to be safe..
