Kaos Spectrum Calibration Fail

have a fairly new Kaos and tonight when I put my tank back on it first said check atomizer. The tank works on my other mod......then when I tried again, got “calibration fail” and nothing works.

I have had 2 Kaos and never heard of that error.
That might be something to contact their support team about.

Sounds like your tank isn't making a good connection with your mod. It sounds like the mod since your tank is working on other mods. Though, I've never heard of the second error either. Could be an issue with your 510 connection in the mod but if I were getting those kinds of errors, I'd be more prone to return it for warranty than trying to use multiple possible remedies to fix it, if it's brand new. There are several remedies, but since that doesn't seem to be a known issue on that mod, it may be defective, and since you have other mods to use, warranty/repair seems to me to be the best option....

push the 2 small buttons same time, then select read and press fire button. see if that then reads the coil.

Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
