If you actually have the kind of time on your hands needed to do so, I recommend checking out the threads that leading up to the ban. Then you will understand why the odds of our much loved Kate coming back are slim to "Nun". (sorry I couldn't help it)
In all seriousness, She has some very strong feelings about everything surrounding this, and in my opinion rightfully so. Its best for you to judge for yourself.

Sadly, I agree with Robert that it's unlikely that Kate will choose to come back.

from what i've heard Kates problems with coming back here are worse than just the ban.. or even the problem of the use of the word "conman".. i fear it may not be likely for her to return.. but i sure hope she does

Yeah i noticed that as well. She may not be listed as banned but she's not back.
Ironic that she get's banned and while all the Mods were watching those threads there's a phsyco Troll on the loose insulting people and getting away with it.

To be honest with you all I don't think it has helped the matter that people have vented their anger at Kates Banning through this whole forum in many sub forums.
If people just let it lie there wouldn't be this mass of "OMG KATES BEEN BANNED" posts and threads and may well have helped in Kate coming back of here own accord.
Alot of people may not have even known she was banned if people kept in under their hats..so to speak.
