I guess its not as easy as renting a server and sticking vBulletin or whatever on, nothing ever is! I guess ya gotta sort out some mods and get it promoted and such and do other 'stuff' but I have no idea what that other stuff is!

I have an own domain name plus an account with some more or less idle sites at a hosting provider. I would be willing to close one of those sites and start an e-cig forum, instead.
But that account of mine is free and thus only provides a storage area of 3gigs (plus mysql, php, Dragonfly CMS), so I think it does not worth to try.

Especially that even if I would have time to setup, I would not have much time/intention to continously administer it.

But, if I remember well, Kate also visited some Dutch e-cig forums. So, I am pretty sure that she does not miss her everyday's e-cig discussions, even if she does not come here anymore...

When I first came up with my halogen lamp atomiser mod idea, she posted me a link to a Dutsch forum. The link to that forum must be somewhere here, but I do not remember in which thread.

I did not find the link to that Dutsch site, but found a link to an other, English-language forum, where she (and some other guys from here) is registered:

To be honest with you all I don't think it has helped the matter that people have vented their anger at Kates Banning through this whole forum in many sub forums.
If people just let it lie there wouldn't be this mass of "OMG KATES BEEN BANNED" posts and threads and may well have helped in Kate coming back of here own accord.

Alot of people may not have even known she was banned if people kept in under their hats..so to speak.

Oh I see, we should all just pretend it did not happen. Umm, I'm not very good at "make-believe"

Kate helped more people than Social Security! Constantly helping newbies, full of vaping wisdom, providing countless links to help everybody, etc...

Shame, shame, shame on you forum goderators!

Note: Yeah, I know who did it and why but still...what a black eye for this forum!

as much as I agree that Kate helped people on the forum all the time, the way she went "off on one" about the Parked reviews was over the top.

And callng him a conman was way out of order. I'm not saying the situation didn't need discussing, but there are better ways of doing it.
