That's a tough one - I guess I don't understand.

Manufacturing artisan made eliquid is very similar to cooking, and there's nothing new under the sun so I am sure if there is a "primary flavor" for which there is natural or artificial flavoring available then I am sure someone who makes liquid has it... I do 7 permanent flavors, and I have a short-run bag of tricks that's ever expanding. is that what you mean @Sand?
