She looks a lot like one of the dogs I sit with. Speaking of which I get to go stay with 3 little ones that I haven't seen in a yeard. Their Mom was my boss/friend for 10 years before I retired & we've stayed friends. Her son is getting married so I get to go play at her house for 4 days!I like the picture Mark! So I have 3 mods with internal batteries (li-po but not intended to be replaced, but might be possible with disassembly) and 2 mods with removable li-po battery packs. These mods might wind up being stored for an indefinite period of time. Anything I should know/do?
Good info. Hmmm, the Tesla 2s don't really have a good way to tell the amount of charge...unregulated mods nut with some electronics. I guess the best thing I can do for those is go by the color of the fire button led, which changes to red at 3.7v10. Never leave your LiPo batteries sitting around on a full charge for more than 2-3 days. If by the 3rd day you realize you are not going to use your battery today, you need to discharge your battery down to 3.6v-3.8v per cell for safe storage until you are ready to use the battery again.
11. Always store your LiPo batteries at room temperature. Do not store them in a hot garage, or in a cold refrigerator. Even though a cold battery has less chemical reaction taking place which can prolong its lifespan, taking a battery out from a cold fridge can cause condensation to occur on the inside of the battery, which can be very dangerous.

STORE WITH 50-70% CHARGE
LiPo packs should be stored with a partial charge. Check the battery’s instructions and determine the recommended voltage or capacity level for storage. Most manufacturers suggest storing LiPos between 50% and 70% charge capacity and voltage.

YAY!!! I'm so glad that BDD has finally on the road to normalcy!! Poor baby had it rough for awhile! And I'm happy that your internet is back!! Annoy away@tejas beat me to it
That is such a pretty mod - remind me what it is?
Ah haz INTERWEBS!!!!!!!!!! The technician was supposed to come sometime after noon, so I get my hairz cut and when I pull into the driveway (at 10:15) the Frontier van is at my house. Lanky kid is standing at the door. I show him where the battery backup thingy is. He finds the control panel on the outside of the house. Asks where the router is. Take him to basement. He looks at the orange "Internet" light and says, I don't know why they couldn't fix this for you when you were on the phone the other night." Makes a phone call and in about 1 minute, the internet light is GREEN again!
Apparently with the power outage, the system went into some "e-lock" mode to protect the equipment. Had to have someone "push the button" and voila! I can now annoy y'all again!!!!!!!
BDD has been freed from the CoS. She's now able to roughhouse with Demon Spawn (oh yay?) Perhaps Sammy will leave HRM alone and there will be less weeping and gnashing of teeth.....
It's good to see the dawg back to "normal". That was a rough haul for her....
Yay for interwebs!!! And yay for BDD being better!@tejas beat me to it

Dual coil, gonna aim for around .5 ohm. Well within the acceptable range for my 25Rs@kad2371 - single coil or dual? I'd build something about 0.8Ω on a mech....
