"Likes" and all around!

Quick fly-by. Dodged one band of snow, but may be in for a 2nd one. Saw one SUV/Van completely flipped on the side of the road - front windshield broken - on my way to my client this morning. Another pickup got caught in the "retainer" in the median not too much farther north. I just chose to "drive like a granny". Made it back and forth in one piece.

Longer roadtrip tomorrow. Gotta try to find a "better" route than the last time I went up to this client.

Ugh... makes me soooo happy to be so far south. Our "cold spell" right now puts us down around the 50's. Long sleeve shirt and a beanie, and I'm good to go. Stay safe and be careful out there, Darlin'. Love you and want you to stick around for awhile longer.

Here's the Minpin. I got this pic before they got the other 2 pups. A poodle mix, & a Fox Terrier. The Fox has not been fixedn h was older when they got her so they are hesitant to do it. I've stayed with her 2x now, & shevs been *that way* both times. The 2 boys are fixed h so totally confused about that. Needless to say, none of them will stay still long enough to get a pic of them. Here is Duke.

About spaying the fox. I'm sure their vet mentioned it but please tell the owner that unspayed dogs have a higher chsnce of mammary or mast cell tumors, both cancer.

When I worked I wanted to have that printed in BIG letters and hung behind my desk where clients could see it; or say it to clients who called at the last minute with a non-emergency and wanted me to somehow find an appointment for their pet where there wasnt one. I worry about all of you up north being on the road with sleet, ice and snow. I know you are all careful but I worry about the idiots who think nothing of jooming by in this kind of weather. I remember well because we got hit years ago by just such a ---- .
