That is always a sad occasion. Kind of the same thing happened with my baby sister. Fortunately, they found out about the umbilical cord being wrapped around her neck early enough... they did an emergency C-section and everything came out fine.
SO is going into night #4She's pizzed, and I'm still exhaustipated, and the dawg is confused.....

I'm sorry, Darlin'. Get what rest you can and tell SO to just hang in there a little longer. Once the antibiotics start doin' their thing, they'll probably let her go home on an oral dose regimen and y'all can get back to a more normal routine.

@Kaezziel I'm so sorry. I went back and reread your post. You DID say your sister. I read it wrong somehow and thought it was DB. I'm so sorry for your sister as this seems to be a serious condition but I'm also glad DB dos not have it. She has so much to deal with.

We had some storms roll through last night, but BDD was downstairs all night. I think that's the "answer" to a lot of her psychosis. She never bothered me once because of her anxiety and woke me up about an hour ago to go potty.
Finishing a load of laundry, and then I'll go check on SO - hopefully to bring her home today....

It's hot out there...already a heat index of 110!
Have the Princess for the weekend...she slept in (she's just like her Mimi) and is watching Spongebob while she has her cereal. Bf will be picking us up this afternoon to start our annual vacation at the condo on the beach...pool time and margaritas for a week!

We're getting a little reprieve from the heat today. It's still hot, but not like the last several days. Heat Index is only up 3° from last night.
LRHG is visiting. She is NOT like her Mimi, and always gets me up way earlier than I care for. I foresee a nap in my future...

No SO tonight. They've taken her off the IV antibiotics and switched her to oral. HOPEFULLY tomorrow, if things don't look worse....

So sorry. I know I haven't said anything the last couple days, but you and SO have been in my thoughts and prayers.
And I have been kind of withdrawn this week, I have a great deal on my mind. There are things happening this week related to the situation I've been dealing with since February, and I don't really know what shape things are going to take, but right now I'm not feeling good about what's going to happen on Tuesday.
So I would appreciate any extra thoughts, prayers, white light, positive energy, etc that any of you can spare.
