Been bizzy the last few days. All good, just taking care of odds and ends.
Good thoughts for all those finding themselves in stressful times. They say adversity builds moral fiber - I prefer eating a bran muffin [emoji5]

Fiddlesticks. I just knew they'd let her go today! Prayers things go well so she can come home tomorrow!
No SO tonight. They've taken her off the IV antibiotics and switched her to oral. HOPEFULLY tomorrow, if things don't look worse....

I'm just gonna say - I LOVE Y'ALL!!!!! Thank you for your support. I feel like lately, all I've done is whine and whimper. I'm just ever so grateful for this outlet. You folks just "get" me and what goes on with me.

That's what groups like this are for, so whine and whimper all you need to! I have made some of the best friends here on ECF. People who listen (read?), don't judge and care. At least the groups I hang out in. Others with haters I have no use or time for.
I was just getting ready to say something very similar to that.Just want to let everyone know,even though i usually don't comment much on people's posts of troubles,i do read them,and keep those people in my thoughts.I just usually don't say anything because i really don't know what to say,that others haven't already said.
I've been meaning to post an update for a few weeks now,but forgot too.The kid i work with that was in the car accident a few months back,is back to work now,and i got the full story on what happened directly from him instead of hearing bits from other people.
The guy that caused the accident crossed the center line to go around a car that was waiting to turn,The kid was coming through the intersection when the guy cut over,both trying to beat the red light.A car going in the cross direction came through right as the light changed,and hit the drivers side of the kids car,so he was hit 2 times.The driver that hit him head on was the one who took off,the woman who owns that suv was in the passenger seat,but told the police she doesn't know who the guy was that was driving her vehicle because she is a drug addict and has a bad memory haha.The boy at work is suing her,but if she is truly as she claims,then i don't see what he will possibly get from a lawsuit,but maybe he will get lucky.

Yeah,he seems to be doing pretty well.He said he still has some pain every once in a while from all the breaks that are still healing,and the large scar running from the bridge of his nose up to the top of his head bothers him,he doesn't have much grip strength in his left hand,but the doctors said it could possibly get better over time.
I was amazed to see him come back so soon,in the hospital,they told him it would probably be close to 6 months before he could work again,but he came back just a little over 2 months after.
