Since I have about 500 flavor bottles now, I have a spreadsheet. I label all of my bottles by number (masking tape on the top of the lid with the number written on it) in the little bins I keep them in and have the spreadsheet (alphabetized by flavor name) tacked to the door of my desk that I use to mix in. When I need Apple TFA, I look on the spreadsheet to find apple and see what bottle number it is--then I can pull it out easier.
:shock::shock::shock:

Guys, looking for organization? Here's my "vape cave"

Flavors are grouped by "likeness". Vanillas upper left; miscellaneous/tobaccos lower left; two shelves on the right are fruits and beverages. There's a shelf below that has candies and bakery flavorings. I put little stickies on the tops of the bottles (mostly alphabetized, but if I can't see the front label, I can see the top.)

WOW! 500! :thumbs: I was just thinking, I might build a rack, similar to the spice rack I made for the kitchen. But then I read that and realized, not really a long term solution.
The spreadsheet idea is a keeper. Thanx.

You're welcome...it's the only way I can keep track of mine, and since I love Excel it's not a problem. I have tabs for every flavor manufacturer that I have and then a master that has them all listed alphabetically that I print out for the desk. I use the individual tabs for when I'm ordering so I don't duplicate. The individual tabs are also where I keep a column listing the amounts still remaining in the bottles so that I know when the bottle gets down to half or quarter that it's time to reorder. It's a process to set up but pretty easy to maintain from there. If I get time tonight I'll try to get a current pic of my desk setup so you can see how I do it.

I work with Accounting Software. One of my work buddies said that I need to enter all this into inventory and create bills of material. Then do a production entry to track the Finished Goods and the relief of the Raw Materials.

I told him to stick it where the sun don't shine! :D

Everytime I see your desk I keep thinking you stole mine and redid it lol! Left door is where I have my spreadsheet posted on mine....still need to make some of your nifty shelves for mine though. Where did you get your tall bin rack from? I really like it!

I think from Lowes or Menards. It's actually two of them (I think it came as a pair) stacked. The individual drawers have slots and dividers, if you want/need to use them.

IKR?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?! I don't mind it. As long as I don't have to apply labor and overhead :D

I'm gonna have to look at our Lowe's here now....after I convince the hubby I need a coffee roaster :D

The only way I passed Cost Accounting 1 & 2 was because of the teacher's pop quizzes...they went something like this: Question 1, What is your name? Question 2, what is your favorite color? Question 3, do you have a dog or a cat? Those 25 point pop quizzes saved my 4.0 gpa for both classes lol!

Holy vape cave, Batman! I'm in awe...

You'd blow a snot bubble laughin at my paltry collection.

(How many bottles before it's classified as a "collection"?...Don't bother answering that)
