Thanks for the well wishes. Due to a minor complication, didn't have the procedures done. Not a big thing, but will have to reschedule.
In other news, we went to the shelter yesterday looking for another dog. Son and granddaughter found one they loved, and seemed to get on well with Frankie. She's not available til Monday, so I'll have to take my son to school, and go to the shelter, and try to get her before anyone else does. They won't allow you to reserve them, FCFS. Which is how it should be really. And......I got all my hairs cut off.

Thanks hun. Jup, I got it cut short. A couple ladies who were waiting were shocked at all the hair on the floor. But this will be much easier to care for.

I've had short hair most of my life. The one time I let it get "long" was back in "The '80s are calling and want their mullet back!"
To top it - when my hair gets long, it gets curly in the back but not on top - flat as a pancake. So, I had a perm - a Poodle Mullet! It was HEINOUS!!!!!
I love shorter hair - wash, brush, walk out the door.

Yep! Before my junior year in high school I had my waist length hair cut to just under my ears. My hair has been short ever since. I'm all about wash and wear!

Something similar happened to me in 1st grade with the boy that sat behind me and bubblegum. My hair has never been cut until then. It wasn't just a wad of bubblegum but strings of bubblegum.
After that, it wasn't cut again until high school except for trims.
