Kayfun 3.1 airflow question

Have a question about my kayfun 3.1 When I remove the airflow control screw all the way out, the draw gets really tight as if it is screwed all the way in. Im lost?? I would think with this removed the draw would be much easier? Can anyone explain?

strange, have you tried to squeeze some water in the airflow hole with a syringe or smthg like that, make sure it was not obstructed?

No, I blew through it and air seems to come through the chimney with no problem. If i take it all the way out the draw is tight if i block it with a finger the draw is very airy. If i screw it all the way down it is tight. It is really got me weird.
